“Dear woman in the middle of it all — I see you.”
I see you sending the kids off and immediately picking up the phone to check on your parents.
I see you managing doctor's appointments from two time zones away while helping with homework and making dinner and trying to remember the last time someone asked how you were doing.
I see you on hold with the insurance company while simultaneously texting your college kid through a crisis and reminding your teenager about the thing she definitely already knew.
I see you crying in the car before you walk inside. Reheating your coffee for the fourth time. Showing up for everyone — gloriously, ferociously, imperfectly.
I see you carrying grief that nobody gave you permission to put down. Pushing through the to-do list while falling completely apart — getting things done but never the right way, never enough, and somehow always ending up back at "I'm failing at everything."
And I see you still getting up every single morning and doing it all over again.
You are not broken.
You are not failing.
You are not too emotional, too much, or too behind.
You are a woman in the hardest season most people never talk about — the sandwich generation squeeze — and you are still in the air.
This community is for you. Not the polished version of you. Not the version that has it all together. The real you — the one gloriously winging it, ferociously flapping through the chaos, some days soaring, most days just trying not to crash.
